Advanced Connectivity Modeling
How can we analyze functional and structural neuroimaging data in a network neuroscience framework? This course is designed for graduate students interested in applying connectivity modeling to their own research. The lectures serve as an introduction and overview of many concepts in network neuroimaging, and the example scripts/tutorials implement most of the methods talked about in an easy to use fashion.
